Important: Strykr is an automated trading tool, not a financial advisor. By using Strykr you accept full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes. Please read these terms carefully before creating an account.
By accessing or using Strykr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free trial users and paying subscribers.
Strykr is an automated algorithmic trading software platform that connects to your Coinbase and Alpaca brokerage accounts via API keys and executes trades on your behalf based on technical analysis signals. The Service includes:
Strykr is a software tool only. Nothing in the Service, on our website, or in any communications from Strykr constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or cryptocurrency. Strykr does not predict market movements or guarantee any outcome.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a licensed financial advisor before using automated trading software.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Specific risks include:
Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Never deposit funds into your exchange accounts solely to use with Strykr.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction.
You grant Strykr permission to connect to your Coinbase and Alpaca accounts using API keys you provide. You must only provide API keys with trading permissions — never withdrawal permissions. Strykr will not and cannot move funds out of your exchange accounts.
You may revoke Strykr's access at any time by deleting your API keys from your exchange account settings. Upon revocation, Strykr will be unable to place new orders but any open positions will remain until you close them manually.
Your API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption and are never shared with third parties.
Strykr offers the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with Pro-level access. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, accounts revert to the Free plan unless upgraded. Live trading is disabled on the Free plan after the trial expires.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. Strykr does not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
To cancel, click "Manage Plan" in your dashboard and follow the Stripe customer portal instructions.
You may not use Strykr to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strykr and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses, missed opportunities, software errors, or data inaccuracies.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Strykr in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Strykr operates on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may interrupt the Service. We are not liable for trading losses that occur during outages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or create legal or financial risk for the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation.
